Use of Services
- Members may access training programs, mentorship support, knowledge resources, peer learning forums, and opportunity alerts according to their paid membership tier.
- All services are non-transferable and may be accessed only by registered and authorised representatives of the member organisation.
- Members are expected to adhere to scheduled timelines and participation requirements for all training and learning engagements.
- Members shall not misuse the platform for commercial promotion, solicitation, or any inappropriate or unethical purposes.
- Annual membership fees must be paid on time to ensure uninterrupted access to I-EMeRG services.
- Members must ensure that only officially nominated representatives access I-EMeRG programs, resources, and platforms.
Fees, Renewal & Refunds
- Membership is billed on an annual basis.
- Fees must be renewed prior to the expiration date to ensure uninterrupted access to services
- Membership fees once paid is non-refundable.
Ground Rules and Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional community, members are expected to:
- Engage ethically, respectfully, and responsibly across all platform activities
- Actively participate in trainings and community interactions to strengthen the ecosystem
- Refrain from hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or any form of offensive communication
- Understand that any behavior compromising the platform’s integrity or environment may result in suspension or revocation of membership
