He networks with multi-level stakeholders, carrying out effective PR and capacity building programs to national and international NGOs. He has been instrumental in forging several high value CSR partnerships for Bala Vikasa and has received widespread appreciation for his efforts in turning CSR into a powerful vehicle for social change. Under his leadership, some of Bala Vikasa’s development models have been recognized as the best models for CSR by IICA. He also sits on various CSR committees of reputed Industry Associations like CII. He is also actively involved in training CSR professionals on designing and developing sustainable development projects. He is an International trainer specialized in Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), Results-Based Management (RBM), NGO Leadership, and related areas. He has trained over 15,000 development professionals from 80+ Countries over the past 20 years in Community-Driven Development Approaches.

Rahul Bhardwaj is an accomplished strategy and management consultant with nearly 20 years of experience. Before starting his journey with BVCSRB, Rahul has worked with big corporate houses such as Deloitte, KPMG, and Aditya Birla Group, where he handled multi-million projects and assignments. These projects were spread through various business sectors and geographic locations including the UK, India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

He is an alumnus of Hansraj College, Delhi University, and London Business School, London. He is a member of the CSR Panel of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Telangana Chapter. After successfully working as a seasoned consultant in corporate strategy and management, Rahul is now holding the baton of BVCSRB.

Sunitha Reddy is a seasoned capacity building expert and Director of Bala Vikasa People Development Training Center (PDTC), with over 23 years of experience in designing and delivering high-impact training programs for development professionals across the globe. With a background in Business Administration and Social Work, she brings a unique blend of strategic planning, people leadership, and practical facilitation skills. Sunitha has facilitated over 500 training programs, empowering more than 17,000 professionals from 88 countries in the areas of Appreciative Inquiry, Sustainable Development, Gender Mainstreaming, Conflict Resolution, and Community Development. Trained in Appreciative Inquiry by the Cooperider Center in the USA, she is known for her positive leadership and motivational training style. Her expertise spans NGO capacity development, women’s empowerment, and grassroots entrepreneurship.

Latha is a Senior Manager – Women Empowerment & Model Village with 27 years of experience in community development, specialising in women’s empowerment and community-led development. She provides effective leadership to ensure programmes progress smoothly and is responsible for planning, implementing, guiding, and coordinating women programme coordinators and development agents for effective programme implementation.

She currently manages women’s programmes across more than 1,500 villages, working with thousands of volunteers and staff to ensure effective implementation, coordination, and continuity of community initiatives. Her core strengths include programme management, team leadership, and community mobilisation.

She has facilitated training on women-related topics and women’s entrepreneurship. She encourages and supports over 500 women small and medium entrepreneurs, helping them strengthen and expand their income-generation activities. She is also a skilled counsellor, providing guidance and psychosocial support to women, widows, adolescents, and other vulnerable community members, helping them navigate social, economic, and personal challenges

A Professional Social worker with 25 years of experience in the field of Community Development, especially in Building Model Communities, Women Empowerment, Widow Empowerment, Health, Livelihoods, Education of Orphans and Semi- Orphans. Manjula has extensively worked with urban and rural women groups, schools and colleges and is an expert in conducting awareness and training sessions for women and youth. Her in-depth knowledge in developmental subjects combined with her effective communication skills enables her to handle complex responsibilities with ease. She is well versed with local lingo and has years of experience in managing multiple teams and groups of women across a wide geography. She is a competent liaisoning officer with a broad-reaching network and has proven experience in liaising with politicians, state administrators, bureaucrats and popular personalities.

Mr.Francis is an Engineering graduate from the College of Engineering, Osmania University, with a postgraduate degree in Business and Management from University College, Kakatiya University, and a postgraduate degree in Social Work from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He brings hands-on experience across multiple disciplines and has served in diverse roles within the organization, ranging from trainer to project implementer.

He has worked extensively across sectors including women’s development, water, environmental conservation, agriculture, and capacity building. Mr. Francis has designed and successfully executed numerous projects and has also monitored initiatives implemented by other team members. In addition, he is actively involved in the analysis and evaluation of projects led by other managers, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational learning.

Madusudhan Reddy is a seasoned Social Work professional and WASH Specialist with over 14 years of leadership experience in community-driven development. As Program Manager at Bala Vikasa, he leads a large-scale safe drinking water initiative, managing 1,600 community water purification plants across five Indian states. His work impacts more than 3.5 million beneficiaries and is supported by a multidisciplinary team of 60 professionals.

He provides strategic oversight to the Jala Vikasa Foundation, a social enterprise focused on the long-term sustainability and financial viability of water purification programs. His core expertise includes financial planning, budgeting, and the implementation of cost-effective, environmentally friendly water treatment technologies. He has strong experience in capacity building for NGOs and stakeholders using Results-Based Management (RBM) approaches. He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Osmania University and brings a diverse background in industrial social work and grassroots community mobilization. He is committed to scaling sustainable, community-led solutions to social challenges.

Moses John Paul, is a development communications professional with 10 years of experience in leveraging communications for development, fundraising, advocacy, donor engagement, and marketing. Leading both programmatic and promotional communications activities, at one of the biggest, multi-sectoral community development organizations provides him with real-time visibility of the development sector's communication needs which informs his approach in the classroom. He has trained over 500 development professionals from leading NGOs and foundations in the last three years in topics like Proposal Report Writing, Case Study Writing, Photo and Video Documentation, and Social Media Marketing. As a practitioner-trainer, he ensures that the training design and curriculum supports real-time application by participants in fulfilling their work responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Vijender Mogili, Manager – Social Entrepreneurship, brings over 12 years of experience in capacity building, social enterprise incubation, and program implementation within the development sector. He is currently associated with Bala Vikasa Centre for Social & Responsible Business (BVCSRB) and contributes as an executive mentor with the Miller Centre for Global Impact, Santa Clara University, California, along with professional engagements with Wadhwani Foundation and Indigenous Development Organisation. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, he specialises in designing and delivering capacity-building programs for social entrepreneurs and development practitioners; leading incubation programs focused on business modelling, revenue-driven innovation, and impact measurement; and developing partnerships with governments, corporates, NGOs, and international stakeholders to strengthen the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. He oversees program design and implementation for initiatives focused on inclusive development, sustainable business solutions, and enterprise-led community advancement and has played a key role in flagship events such as IMPULSE, convening 500+ practitioners, startups, and investors. His work spans early-stage social enterprises, NGOs, CSR teams, government bodies, and rural, tribal, and underprivileged communities, with regional experience across Telangana and pan-India, and international exposure through global mentoring partnerships. Vijender has contributed to the incubation and growth of multiple social startups, advised nonprofits working on health, education, and dignity, and continues to advocate for tribal development and social equity through social enterprise models. He holds an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, complemented by certifications in systems practice, people analytics, lean startup and lean data for the social sector, business models for social enterprises, storytelling for change, social impact analysis, moral leadership, and other specialised areas.
