Rahul Bhardwaj is an accomplished strategy and management consultant with nearly 20 years of experience. Before starting his journey with BVCSRB, Rahul has worked with big corporate houses such as Deloitte, KPMG, and Aditya Birla Group, where he handled multi-million projects and assignments. She provides effective leadership to ensure programmes progress smoothly and is responsible for planning, implementing, guiding, and coordinating women programme coordinators and development agents for effective programme implementation.

She currently manages women’s programmes across more than 1,500 villages, working with thousands of volunteers and staff to ensure effective implementation, coordination, and continuity of community initiatives. He was involved in promoting, developing and supporting networks of leaders across the Public Service of Canada and assisting them in the ongoing challenge of La Relève - Public Service Renewal.

During the course of his career, Mr. Rochefort worked for several departments and agencies, including the Department of the Secretary of State, Elections Canada, the Royal Commission on Electoral Reform and Party Financing, Statistics Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat, the Public Service Commission and National Defence.

During his 12 years in the field of elections, he took part in three general elections and a referendum. He also represented Canada in the first parliamentary elections in Russia in 1994 and in the first free elections in South Africa in 1995. In 1999, Mr. Rochefort was presented with the Head of the Public Service Award for his outstanding leadership in valuing and supporting people. In 2008, the Institute of Public Administration of Canada presented Service Canada with the Public Sector Leadership Award to recognize the outstanding contribution of Service Canada College and the Service Excellence Certification Program.
