Biography
Mr. Vijender Mogili, Manager – Social Entrepreneurship, brings over 12 years of experience in capacity building, social enterprise incubation, and program implementation within the development sector. He is currently associated with Bala Vikasa Centre for Social & Responsible Business (BVCSRB) and contributes as an executive mentor with the Miller Centre for Global Impact, Santa Clara University, California, along with professional engagements with Wadhwani Foundation and Indigenous Development Organisation. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, he specialises in designing and delivering capacity-building programs for social entrepreneurs and development practitioners; leading incubation programs focused on business modelling, revenue-driven innovation, and impact measurement; and developing partnerships with governments, corporates, NGOs, and international stakeholders to strengthen the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. He oversees program design and implementation for initiatives focused on inclusive development, sustainable business solutions, and enterprise-led community advancement and has played a key role in flagship events such as IMPULSE, convening 500+ practitioners, startups, and investors. His work spans early-stage social enterprises, NGOs, CSR teams, government bodies, and rural, tribal, and underprivileged communities, with regional experience across Telangana and pan-India, and international exposure through global mentoring partnerships. Vijender has contributed to the incubation and growth of multiple social startups, advised nonprofits working on health, education, and dignity, and continues to advocate for tribal development and social equity through social enterprise models. He holds an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, complemented by certifications in systems practice, people analytics, lean startup and lean data for the social sector, business models for social enterprises, storytelling for change, social impact analysis, moral leadership, and other specialised areas.
